If you desire shipping insurance, please choose Expedited Shipping, which includes up to $50.00 of insurance.

Processing Time - We are aware that you would like the ordered items as soon as possible. Once your payment has been received, we will process your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received after 5 p.m. EST Friday, will be shipped the following week unless otherwise posted on our website.

Delivery Time - The elapsed time between placing your order and receiving it depends on several factors including when it was placed; when we processed it; packing and shipping; and, carrier transit time. 

Delays - If your order is delayed without a notification posted on our website and we are not able to ship your order within ten (10) days we will contact you and give you the option to cancel the order.

Shipping Address & Order Confirmation - It is vital that you enter all the correct details for your shipping address. Before finalizing your order please review your information, items, and quantities ordered as well as the shipping address, for accuracy. You will receive an e-mail confirmation upon placing your order. Note: e-mail is our primary form of communication with you, so please check it carefully for accuracy. If this e-mail address is incorrect, blocked, SPAM-controlled, or otherwise filtered, you will not receive our notices.

Tracking - Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email from our website, stating that your order has shipped and your tracking number. With this number, you will be able to track the whereabouts of your order.

Missing Item or Shortages - If an item is missing from your shipment, or the quantity count on an item is short, please contact us at once to resolve the matter. Buyer shall present claims for missing item/shortages in writing to us within three (3) days after receipt of goods. Failure to give written notice of any claim within said time period shall constitute an unqualified acceptance of the goods and a waiver by Buyer of all missing item/shortage claims with respect thereto. Please note that we reserve the right to either ship the missing item/shortage or issue a credit for the same at our sole discretion.

Damaged Item - We pack all of our shipments very carefully to assure their safe arrival at your doorstep. You should always inspect all packages and their contents immediately upon arrival and have the carrier note any visible damage. All orders leave our Premises in good condition. Contact the carrier immediately if Damage has occurred, because our responsibility ceases upon delivery of our goods to the carrier at the shipping point.

Refused Shipments - Refusal to accept delivery of a shipment does not relieve the Buyer of either the responsibility to make any (and all) payment(s) that is due and payable, nor does it require Mermaid Accessories to refund monies already paid. We will make every reasonable attempt to contact Buyer up to 14 days after receiving the Refused Shipment. If Buyer wishes item(s) shipped again, he/she will be liable for a second S&H fee. If however despite all our efforts Buyer does not respond, after 14 days the goods will be considered abandoned property and we will dispose of it as we deem appropriate at our sole discretion. that will help customers make a purchasing decision.

Returns - We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and must be in the original or equally protective packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@crystalheadbandz.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for paying all shipping costs for your returned item and should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our return policy does not apply to personalized and on-sale items, gift cards or items sold in person at different events. These items are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
